The Villa is in a gated well kept community, you will be greeted and given keys upon arrival at the villa. There is an electric gate to the community for off street parking.
There is a front porch with a table and chairs for you to eat outside or just enjoy the sunshine, there is also a BBQ at the front of the Villa for your use. As well as sun loungers which can be used by the pool.
The Villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 twin on the ground floor, 1 double (front facing) with balcony and sea views, 3rd bedroom is a twin room with large balcony overlooking the pool & gardens.
The Family bathroom upstairs has a full bath, shower, sink unit, toilet and bidet.
Downstairs bathroom has toilet and large washbasin area.
Lounge area has a 3 seater sofa, 2x2 seater sofas and a glass coffee table for you to place your sangria! on (or just tea/coffee) Including side tables if required.
The flat screen 32' Television comes with UK free view TV so you don't have to miss your English soaps! there are films/children’s channels which can be viewed in English and a DVD player.
Dining area has a table and 6 chairs, should you wish to eat in.
Kitchen is fully equipped with more accessories than you should ever need for a relaxing stay.
Kettle, Toaster, Filter Coffee machine, Cutlery, Plates, Glasses, Cups, Mugs, pots and Pans, Plus a selection of cooking utensils should you chose to eat in!
There is an Electric oven and hob, Microwave, Fridge/freezer and Washing Machine. Should you require it there is also an Iron and Ironing board.
The community pool is located 30 seconds from the back door. Straight out of the patio and into the communal pool/garden area.
You also have the use of 4 other pools within a short walk of the Villa each slightly different from the other.

I was born in London which is where I grew up, I always enjoyed holidays in Spain hence why I decided to buy this property.
This property is our home from home.
This house was bought for our family holidays, because we enjoy the Spanish culture as well as the quality of living and environment around our home, not forgetting the weather where most of the year it's hot and sunny.

I chose to buy this property because me and family enjoy spending our summers in Spain, especially in this beautiful area of Villa Martin our property is close to everything we need for a perfect holiday, we don't need to drive long distances to get to attractions and beaches and local centres and my son simply loves going out to Spain where he loves to spend a lot of his time in the pool or on the beach he also likes go carting, crazy golf and the funfair in the evenings.
There is a great choice of restaurants/bars to choose from which we enjoy the selection as well as the evening walks in Torrevijca where you will find street markets, restaurants, bars,clubs and shops open on the coast, not forgetting swimming in the evenings on the beach where it is all lit up. There are many street markets local to the property on different days of the week. To name a few: Playa Flamenca street market which is open every Saturday this is one of the biggest markets on the coast, followed by San Miguel de Salinas street market open every Wednesday, both markets are local to the property. There is also a shopping centre called Zenia Boulevard one of the largest in Spain which is only a 7 minute drive.
We love the sun, sea and sand which makes us feel relaxed, the weather is really nice and perfect. There is so much to do and trips to go on we never get bored!
You will also experience a good quality of life, the local produce is so fresh and tasty and reasonably priced you will definitely want to eat to your hearts content. If you like seafood the range of fish available is endless our favourites are the large prawns and sea bass at the fraction of the price you pay in the UK.
We have made our house good enough to live in and not want to leave for us to enjoy, as we feel this is important for our experience in Spain away from it all in the Uk.
The view from the balconies are picturesque especially during the evenings you will definately enjoy the scenic views.
The pool is right outside the back door patio so if you feel too hot its just seconds away to enjoy!
If you like barbecues you are in the right place we usually barbecue every other day in the barbecue area positioned in the front garden. At the same time relaxing in the sun loungers.
The property is gated which provides that extra security during your stay. We also have an air conditioning system around the house to keep you cool on those hot days and should you spend winter in Spain we also have heating. As well as all the essentials we have freesat to provide you with those British & European channels so you don't miss your favourite programs. There is also a DVD player with an album of films to watch should you want a night in. If you want to listern to music we have a hi fi system and radio so just bring your favourite CD's.

Well maintained luxury villa in very popular area ideal for golfing / beach / family holidays/Mountain Climbing and many other sports.
Easily & comfortably sleeps up to 6 adults -all beds are proper beds,no sofa beds. the villa is ideal for a maximum of 6 people (unless there is a baby in a travel cot, a travel cot rental service is available upon request).
Airports: Cheap flights can be found at one of two airports within easy accessibility to the house from both Alicante airport a 35 minutes drive, and Murcia (San Javier) airport a 15 minute drive.
Things to do in the area:
GOLF: Some of the best courses in Spain including Villa Martin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas, all within 5 minutes drive
BEACH: There are numerous beaches, from long beaches ideal for walking to quiet coves. All are Blue Flag and within just a few minutes drive. Kids: Horse riding and Go Karting are both available within a short driving distance. In Torrevieja you will find the Aqua park to entertain the kids, together with bowling. Cinema: at Pilar de horada (English speaking films) within 15 mins. Marina: Within 10 minutes drive Shopping etc: Playa Flamenca (A nice Saturday Market), Torrevieja, San Pedro de la Mar & Murcia have all the shopping and street markets you could want. Also now open one of the biggest shopping centres in Spain which is only a 7 minute drive away called La Zenia Boulavard. This can be viewed online.
LOCALLY: There are numerous large Supermarkets within a few minutes drive and smaller shops within a few minutes walk (just around the corner).
NIGHT LIFE: Restaurants and bars are about 5 minutes walk away. Close enough to enjoy, far away enough not to disturb the peace of your holiday.
If you fancy driving then within a few minutes drive there are plenty more bars and restaurants (in the Villa Martin Plaza) for that pre and after dinner drink that cater for all tastes. There are also a number of nightclubs and entertainment venues.
Other activities include tennis, go-karting, bicycle hire, water sports, aqua park and horse riding plus a wide choice of restaurants and shops,and one of the largest shopping centres La Zenia Boulevard which has 150 outlets just a 7 minute drive away, ensuring that there is something for everyone. All of which are easily accessible.
A Costa Blanca map on arrival is highly recommended. We try to leave various tourist information leaflets at the house there is also a tourist information office for the adventurous. There is plenty more to see and do further afield; Theme parks, Aqua parks, Valencia has Europe’s largest science museum/ planetarium/aquarium/art gallery complex and there is plenty more.
