Lovely newly renovated home with 3/4 beds and large terrace

House in the center of Montesardo, a small fraction of Alessano and the highest point of the Salento. Its privileged location, in addition to offering an always windy climate, allows easy access to both the beautiful beaches of the Ionian and the Adriatic coast. The small building, completely independent has just been refurbished and is equipped with all modern comforts including air conditioning for summer and heating for the cooler months. The house has a simple but lovely pink facade, typical of the small houses of the historic centers of Salento. Inside, a barrel vault, consists of two rooms with separate shower and washbasin. A nice and cozy kitchen, complete with dishwasher, overlooking the courtyard, paved with stone, which gives access to the upper terrace with seats made of local stone and colored chairs for relaxing moments.
