A beautiful oceanfront home, is directly on the the beach/waterfront at Hills Beach and is waiting for your enjoyment and pleasure! In the summertime, you have your own steps to the beach. You can watch ducks, seagulls, kayaks, sailboats and views of several small islands, and Wood Island Lighthouse directly from this home. The views from this home overlooking the ocean, islands and waves during a storm at high tide crashing right beneath the deck are magnificent. Summer, fall, winter and spring all offer different, yet all very breathtaking views. No where else can wintertime be so dramatic. There is a field stone wood-burning fireplace for those cool spring, winter and fall days/evenings. This home has oak hardwood floors, area rugs and ceramic tile floors and a beautiful deck off the living/dining area. There is no active email, so please call for information. The master bedroom is on the first floor with the bathroom nearby.

Enjoy croquet on the lawn, watch the seagulls and look out at the lighthouse and in season there are many boats out in the water. In the evening, enjoy the wood burning fireplace and relax! In the fall, enjoy the crisp days and evenings and cosy up by the fireplace as you look out to the bay. You can't get much closer than this to the water!!! During the day enjoy the beach either from the deck or on the sand. Winter is also a very special time at the ocean. It is a time for reflection and enjoyment of all that scenic nature provides with storms and surf to watch right on the water. Having a nice cozy woodburning fireplace (wood is provided) makes this a very special place for your getaway!!!
