Well furnished and equipped with kitchen/sitting/dining room with wood burning stove, utility room with washing machine/dryer and fridge/freezer, electric shower and W.C. and three bedrooms, thro one with a double, to one another with a double (both with T.V. and en suite shower and W.C.) and one with two single beds. Electric storage heaters. Duvets. Television/DVD (satellite). Dishwasher. Microwave.

Detached bungalow facing south in quiet location with large garden and fine outlook across the Kenmare River to the Caha Mountains (2169ft). It is situated about 2½ miles from the attractive town of Kenmare with excellent shops and restaurants and many amenities including golf, fishing trips, tennis and horse riding and about 1/3rd mile from the sea. 18 hole golf course 1½ miles. Coss Strand (safe sandy/pebble beach) and the nearest pub are about 2 miles. Very scenic area for walking, climbing or touring. Patio with garden furniture.
