Master bedroom has flat screen TV , very spacious balcony for relaxation, separate dressing room and spacious bathroom with separate toilet, he's and hers sinks and a large walk in shower. The garden enjoys sea, golf and mountain views and is fully fenced and features a private swimming pool which starts at a depth of a couple of inches, making it perfect for young children. Outdoor fireplace. Multiple outdoor eating areas, grass area, beautiful flowers, plus two fountains.

The Villa is located next to Santa Maria Golf & Country Club and is a short walk from the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Del Sol, International restaurants, Andalucia's longest Zip Wire 'Adventura Amazonia' and the famous 'Nikki Beach'

The Villa is located in Elviria, situated in the neighbourhood of Marbella. Just 10-minute drive to the east of resort town Marbella, Elviria is a chic and elegant area mostly resided by international community.

Being on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, this area offers a pleasurable experience of sea, sun, nightlife, golf, village and town. You will also find a small shopping complex, banks, international schools and plenty of restaurants and eateries. Elviria is known to have the best beaches on the Costa Del Sol, they are soft white sand with a very naturalistic feel. The beach is a two minute drive, but all amenities are walkable. A new adventure park opened last year called Aventura Amazonia Its a great experience for the whole family and boasts the longest Zip wire in Andalucia.
