Charming Cape-style 3 bedroom bungalow with large kitchen and private backyard. Located at 40 Bearses By Way, just off Main Street in quaint Chatham village. Walk to shops and restaurants. Walk to Oyster Pond beach (0.2 mile). I also own a 2 bedroom which is located across the street so both cottages can be rented for larger gatherings.. Both houses are located at the end of a dead end street so there is no traffic.

Summer peak season begins last week of June and ends the first week of September.
Sat to Sat, 7 night minimum stay during peak season.
Deposit 50% to confirm - balance due 45 days prior to arrival.

US refundable security deposit required. There is a $165 cleaning fee during peak season
Off Season 3 night stay $700 plus cleaning.
