Coconuts Cottage is an almost new, three bedroom, one bath vacation rental cottage located on the beautiful island of Great Guana Cay, Abaco, Bahamas. Guana Cay, Abaco is an island community made up of about 150 permanent residents. Coconuts Cottage is located 150 yards from the ocean and miles of white sand beaches. It is close to the third largest barrier reef in the world - to snorkel. Coconuts Cottage is equipped with air conditioning, each room has ceiling fans, TV/VCR, portable VHF, barbeque grill and a large outdoor wrap around deck. The full kitchen is loaded with spices, a blender, coffeemaker, toaster, and local island Bahamas cookbooks. To meet all your vacation needs, extra comforts include an outdoor shower located on the back deck, a state of the art filtered water system, bed linens, beach towels, baby equipment, toys, videos, books for children and adults, Abaco Bahamas guidebooks and maps.

Guana Cay local hot spots include Nippers Beach Bar and Grill, Grabbers Beach Bar at 'Sunset Beach', the Art Cafe, and Sea Shore Villas and Tiki Hut. Guana Cay activities include beachcombing, surfing, snorkelling, scuba diving, deep sea fishing, sightseeing, and viewing spectacular sunsets. Local conveniences on Guana Cay, Abaco include a church, hardware store, marina, grocery store, and boat docking. Golf cart and boat rentals are also available on the island. A short ferry ride or boat ride away are many other Abaco islands and beaches. There is a local dive operation -- Dive Guana -- that arranges diving and sight seeing trips. For an unforgettable vacation, Guana Cay is a quaint, friendly get away island.
