  • We accept cashiers checks, bank checks, and personal checks (allow time to clear).
  • A reservation deposit of $1000 is required within 7 days of booking to hold.
  • In addition, a Security deposit equal to 1/2 month rent is also required.
  • Cancellation must be made in writing. Reservation deposit is refundable if
  • cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Security deposit is refunded in a timely manner provided that all keys returned
  • and upon cleaning service's confirmation that the unit is left in good condition.
