• Booking Conditions:
  
  25% of rent is paid when booking to secure reservation.
  75% of rent is paid 6 weeks before first date of reservation.
  Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer in Pounds or Euros.
  
  For lets of 6 nights or less 3 nights will be at weekend rate and remaining nights at weekday rate.
  
  A damage/breakages deposit of a third of 1 week's rent is payable 6 weeks before first day of reservation and is refundable within 7 days of departure (subject to satisfactory check-out).
  
  Rental includes Wi Fi Internet, utilities including electricity, bedding, linen, bathroom towels, pool towels and normal cleaning after check out.
  
  Check-in is 4pm onwards or earlier if not occupied previous night.
  Check-out is by 11am or later if not occupied night after departure.
  
  Golf vouchers are as 'offer' above, exclude July and August, apply in 2013 and must be agreed by email prior to reservation being made and deposit being paid.
  
  Smoking is allowed ONLY on the terrace.
