SWIMMING POOL is large, by the apartment and set in beautiful well-kept gardens and is only used by guests of nearby apartments - sun loungers are provided. There is also a children's paddling pool.

GREAT GOLF DEALS: La Cala give some great deals ranging from ‘play all week’ from just 223 Euros to playing a round on each of their 3 championship courses from just 174 Euros – prices vary depending on which months you play.

3 COURSES: The par 71 CAMPO EUROPA course opened in 2005 - fairways are generous and greens slightly larger, not severely contoured but well bunkered and easier for the average golfer. CAMPO AMERICA is a par 72 with five par 5s. Hilly topography requires ‘carry’ across steep brush-covered side slopes but wide and more joined fairways make this slightly easier for driving. There are fewer fairway bunkers but water hazards on the 9th and 16th. CAMPO ASIA is spectacular and exciting with challenging holes guaranteeing a testing round of golf putting a premium on the approach shot. Water guards both greens at the 3rd and the 14th and tests golf course strategy. The 18th must not be over-clubbed off the tee or this lengthy par 5 could wreck your scorecard!

COSTA DEL SOL AREA: 320 days a year of sunshine means the Costa del Sol is the perfect all year round coast to visit with the certainty of hot summers and mild winters. The area around La Cala Resort has everything you could want to make your holiday varied and interesting. Further afield you can easily reach the historic mountain towns of Rhonda and Granada or take a bit longer and go to Sevilla or Gibraltar or even across the Mediterranean to Tangiers. MAGNIFICENT VIEWS, PENTHOUSE INDULGENCE !

The location of the property is on a beautiful golf course with views of the very inviting pool and the Mijas mountains in the background. It was immaculate with well stocked cupboards. Home from home. The beverages and condiments provided were a nice touch. Nikki was very patient with us even though we arrived at 12.20am. She was very knowledgeable of the area, being a local person but British so language was not an issue. Would highly recommend for a chilled holiday either for golfers or visiting the local beach towns. Just wish I had more leave this year, I would come back at a drop of a hat !

What a great week! Beautiful setting, well-appointed and stylish interior, perfect weather. Our contacts were all personable and helpful. I accidentally left my i-phone in the condo. They were cooperative and timely in helping me retrieve it. The entire resort facility was very appealing and well-maintained. Would recommend a rental car due to distance from town and steep hills. Nicely located, too. Far enough from town to be quiet and restful, but close enough for quick dinner trips into town where we found plenty of dining options. A good choice for family vacation.

FANTASTIC LUXURY APARTMENT - BEAUTIFUL AREA

Absolutely Perfect....couldn't ask for a better apartment. Every aspect was well taken care of, loads of storage space in very well made expensive units. All the en suite bathrooms are beautiful, and as we have two kids - saved a lot of time in the mornings as we didn't have any arguing over who used the bathroom first as they had one each! Air con, Wi-Fi and sky tv made the kids very happy - never off the smart phones and watching MTV. Eating breakfast out on the huge balcony every morning with the amazing views was very relaxing - makes waiting for the kids to get ready a pleasure. The whole apartment was immaculately presented - with all the furniture, fixtures and fittings to a very high standard. We have been very lucky to have always had great hols in very good apartments - but this one is, with it's location second to none on the Costa Del Sol. Another great touch was being met at the apartment and shown around, how to use the air con etc. and shown your own parking space (below the apartments which keeps the car very cool), saves all the guess work we usually have on arrival. Anything you need and are not sure of is only a text or call away and Nikki will do a sterling job of helping as she's only a short drive to you - much better than trying to get hold of a contact back in the UK. It's just a short drive down to the beach, which has everything you need - loads of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, a lovely beach - and not far from any of the famous Costa Del Sol areas to visit like Puerto Banús and Benalmádena for boat trips. There is a driving range within walking distance - the chap there will lend you a set of clubs and its just two euros for a basket of balls! The driving range is like a well kept fairway. All in all - a great place to stay. Will definitely be staying there again.
