Our lovely family friendly Florida villa is located in the Tuscan Ridge Countryside community near to Highway 27 and the I4 to allow you to drive to Walt Disney World in less than 15 minutes. You will be surrounded by world class golf courses and spoilt for choice.

With so many villas on the market I hope you are curious enough to take a peek at what Donna and I have to offer in the Disney and Orlando golfing communities of Florida. You could be relaxing in our Tuscan Ridge spa, with an ice cold beer or glass of wine, as soon as next week if you so wish!

The extra wide plot makes sure that during your stay you do not feel at all overlooked. The approach to the house is down through the Countryside area of Tuscan Ridge, through immaculately maintained villas and with scenic pine trees a couple of hundred metres away. Perfect after a hard day's golf or theme park enjoyment.

With so many villas to choose from you should not settle for anything else if you have the choice. During the winter months any other orientation of pool will not take advantage of the beautiful Florida sun. Why should you be forced into the shade during your stay? Our pool and spa area has a large shaded L-shaped lanai section so you can keep out of the sun but only if you wish, and comes complete with a child-proof removable screen to add extra safety to the pool.

The kitchen comes complete with all modern appliances, fridge-freezer with ice and cold water dispenser, gas hobs, high quality units and a sit up breakfast bar area. If any visitor finds a day to day utility missing we will make every endeavour for our management company to purchase the item and get it over to you for your holiday, subject to availability!

The villa's fantastic end suite floorplan has two dining areas and also two living areas in which to relax after a sunny day of activities. The two thousand square feet of living space comfortably swallows up to ten people staying at the villa, without treading on each others' toes.

About Dave and Donna Burton

Having spent most of our summer holidays on trips around America, when little Rowan our son came along we decided that we needed a base for the whole family to enjoy and what better place than Florida! Rowan will have so much fun while growing up enjoying all the Disney attractions and Mummy and Daddy still get sun, fun and a spa and pool to enjoy a glass of wine (and cold beer!) in the evenings!

Location Location Location! Having looked at a number of houses, this was always the top of our list - straight onto the highway to whiz up to Disney and avoid the busy 192, spacious wide plot and fantastic floor plan, enough room for our own family and friends to enjoy together, 2 self-contained en-suites, pool (south facing no less), spa and in a lovely spot within a gorgeous community. We were instantly sold when we walked into this house!

What makes this villa unique

Close to golf courses yet also less than 15 minutes to Disney. Situated in a lovely quite community within very close driving distances to all the central Florida attractions and fun activities for all the family.

By far, this was the best experience we have had in 5 years of renting vacation homes! The home was spotless, well equipped, spacious with comfortable furnishings and bedding.. From the onset of the first email, we found these owners to be the most professional, communicative and caring individuals we have ever dealt with.

The location was perfect for our Disney adventures, shopping and dining.

Pool/Spa area was spacious and very well maintained making it easy to relax and enjoy the sun.

A great home for the family and we look forward to visiting again on our next vacation.

We would recommend this property to friends, family and anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with all the amenities of home.

Villa was exactly as it was pictured. It was beautiful. Check-in/out was so simple and the management company that helps with service was very polite and easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again. Very close to interstate in beautiful neighborhood. Pool area was nice and hot tub was so relaxing. They even provided pool floats to enjoy. Loved staying there Few downfalls: You have to pay the "pool heating" fee to heat the hot tub as well. All or nothing. Paper products (besides one roll of toilet paper) are not provided so be sure to buy paper towels, napkins etc. Enjoyed our stay very much!

My stay in this home was so pleasant and enjoyable. Not only for the place itself that is quiet, very well located, and very well kept, but also for the kindness and responsiveness of the owners who, since the first email, promptly answered all questions, gave me all information needed, and kept in contact for the follow ups. Same with the management company, Homes of america. Prior to my arrival, Dave & Donna updated the bedding & got a new flat screen TV. Everything about my stay in this lovely home was great!
