Luxury private house of 5 bedrooms, 3 of which are suites with private balconies, the facade facing the sea is built with luxury shower and floor to ceiling with open concept architecture is complemented with 3 meters on each floor. The house was built in a largely residential area on top of the sea, at the corner of Beach Itapema, Santa Catarina.
This beautiful private home for holidays was built with materials of high standard and designed to combine comfort with wonderful scenery surroundings proporciando to an experience of unforgettable holidays. With four levels of floor deck and pool and spa, the house provides a unique view of cascading up to the sea. The rooms are situated on the last two floors for greater privacy and offering a wider view of the ocean and beaches around together with the natural vegetation. The Corner House Itapema was built with a deck on three levels and finished with stones Sao Thome. The tropical trees and vegetation typical of the place around the property, provide privacy and pleasure at the same time. The deck includes a children's pool and spa on one side, which connects through a small bridge and brook granite rocks below, with swimming pool for adults, two waterfalls, bar with two accents in the water and a small beach for bathing sun into the water, delight!. The house is located 15 minutes south of the second largest tourist beach in southern Brazil, Balneario Camboriu.
