Bright And Welcoming Apartment, 30 Yards From Porth Beach.

Our newest addition at The Beach House, this apartment has a bright, welcoming decor and fantastic sea views from the two balconies off the living area and the master bedroom. Located on the first floor (accessible by communal lift), just 30 yards from Porth beach, it has three double bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room, well equipped kitchen and an open plan living and dining area - perfect for families looking for a peaceful beach holiday. On the doorstep is a restaurant and 2 family-friendly pubs (one with ten pin bowling).

Open plan living area which includes contemporary fitted kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher; dining area with table and six chairs, lounge area with flat screen television with Freeview, DVD player and Wifi broadband. Patio doors lead from the living area to the private balcony, which is furnished with table and chairs which is perfect for watching the sunset with a glass of wine as you enjoy the sea views.

Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and patio doors leading to a small private furnished balcony with sea views and ensuite shower room comprising shower enclosure, W.C., basin and heated towel rail. Twin room with wardrobe and chest of drawers. Further double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table. Family bathroom with bath with shower over, W.C., basin and heated towel rail.

Apartment 5 has one designated parking space. The property benefits from gas central heating and Wifi broadband access. Iron, ironing board, high chair, travel cot and hair dryer included.

Sorry, no smoking within the apartment or anywhere on the premises and no pets. Lift to all floors. Cautionary deposit of £100 required when booking. Short breaks available outside of school holidays.
