Cote Safranier provides our guests an opportunity to experience living in a charming Provencal village in the Safranier community of Vieil Antibes.

Although Cote Safranier is located on a quiet pedestrian-only cobbled-stone street, we a short stroll away from Antibes' famous Provençal market, azure-blue beaches, shops and restaurants in and around Antibes. No driving necessary to enjoy all the activities the area has to offer.

We have recently completed a careful renovation and have added modern amenities while maintaining the feel of historic Antibes by utilizing traditional craftsmen and local materials. Accessed through large French windows by the kitchen, Cote Safranier also has a balcony with a table for guests to enjoy an aperitif or meal in the open air.

Antibes also has beautiful beaches, a famous Provencal farmers market, and fantastic restaurants and cafes. The village is conveniently located 20 minutes from Nice International Airport (Cote d'Azur Airport) and has convenient train access to points throughout the region. Fantastic Apartment

This was the third time that my husband and I visited Antibes. We previously stayed in hotels. On this vacation, we planned to stay for a week, so we wanted to live like the "French." We were able to go to the market and bakery in the mornings and have breakfast in the very well-equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and quiet. Overall, the apartment was spotless and nicely decorated.

The apartment also has a small balcony, which was nice for watching people walk by while we sipped our coffee. The owners stocked the apartment with essentials, including wine, milk, juice, coffee and snacks. The location of the apartment was convenient to the market (right around the corner) and the train station.

The weather was not very nice the week we stayed, but we nevertheless had a wonderful experience. We are planning to stay there every time we visit in the future!

Cote Safranier in May 2013

The listing of this apartment for 3 was very accurate regarding the location and facilities. When we arrived, the apartment had the 'WOW' factor and was built to a very high spec and was very creative with the space available. The customer service provided was of the highest quality. Provisions were there on our arrival, high end toiletries were also provided for our use but best of all a nice bottle of chilled rose was waiting for us in the fridge.
Having been to Antibes many times staying in the old part was fantastic and I would certainly recommend this property.

Beautiful apartment in the old town!

I had the pleasure of staying at Cote Safranier for a week in late April. Our stay was wonderful; we couldn't have been happier with the apartment. It is in the quaint commune of the old city, mere steps from the Picasso museum, the provencal market and the beaches of Antibes. It is located on a pedestrian-only cobblestone street and is complete with a balcony that we enjoyed many a bottle of rose on, listening to the sounds of France pass beneath. When we arrived, we were met with a small welcome basket of treats from the market, a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge and l'occitane products for our use in the bathroom. Communication with the owners prior to, during and following our stay was excellent and always timely. We were provided with excellent recommendations for dining in the city and for nearby day trips.

In short, this was everything that we had expected and more. We would return (or buy it, if only we could!) in a heartbeat.

Marvelous stay Antibes

Cote Safranier was a wonderful apartment to use as our base as we explord the French Riviera. It was so convenient for shopping, dining, sightseeing in Antibes itself, going to the market each morning, and walking to the train station to embark on our other activities. The apartment is so immaculate, well-stocked, and well-decorated. We loved having breakfast each morning on the terrace, and at night the neighborhood is so quiet you could hear a pin drop--probably the most tranquil place we have stayed on vacation.

Paul and Tom were the consumate hosts and innkeepers--so welcoming, communcative, and offering great suggestions for everything we wanted to do during our stay. We are already planning on a return trip in 2015!

Loved the interiors and central location

My husband, my 1 year old son and I stayed in the apartment for a long week end in february. We loved the central location, and the interiors of the apartment. The apartment is just new to the remparts, the marché provencal, all restaurants, beaches.. and even though it so central it is in a quite and peaceful street.The kitchen is fully equipped - whatever we needed was there.. Even for the baby everything was provided, baby cot, high chair and a great + was the washer and dryer

The owners were great to deal with and the suggestions they gave were great.
We cannot say enough how much we enjoyed Antibes and this apartment.

Cote Safranier provides an ideal setting to enjoy the charming cobble-stone streets, casual cafés and beaches of Antibes.

Plage de la Gravette is located 10 minutes from the property. This small beach is great for families with young children as it is very safe (sheltered from waves by a small breakwater). Antibes also boasts several private beaches with casual restaurants and beach seating available. Visitors should also explore the larger beaches at Juan Les Pins, on the opposite side of the Cap d'Antibes, as well as its many restaurants and speciality shops.

Cote Safranier is located close to Antibes' traditional Provençal market. Rosé wines, olives, lavender, seafood, cheeses, fresh vegetables are among some of the regional specialities available to delight shoppers.

Guests should also check out the cathedral and the old ramparts of Antibes. The town has several museums, the best of which are the Picasso Museum and the Peynet Museum.
