Two bedroomed villa set just above the rugged shoreline

Villa Alba is set in extensive grounds with terrace areas and a large barbecue, it is a perfect spot for al fresco dining. Built to a high specification with generous sized, chemical free swimming pool and it is comfortably furnished and finished to a high standard with air-conditioning in each bedroom (extra charge) and satellite TV in the sitting room. The owner plans to install WiFi for 2013.

The villa is situated in between the sandy beaches of Minia and Ames (approx. 1.4 km). Although close to the airport it is not on the flight path. Villa Alba offers a high degree of comfort and style which is not often found in Greece. Feedback consistently ranks Villa Alba and it's neighbouring Villa Tamonto amongst the best in the portfolio often with particular praise for the charming owner.

Entrance from rear of the villa into spacious living/dining area with open fireplace and comfortable sofas; doors lead out onto terrace with wonderful sea views and steps down to the pool. The kitchen area is very well equipped with cooker, fridge/ freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The front double bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space and a pretty en-suite shower room. A second bedroom has twin beds and built-in wardrobes. Separate bathroom with shower attachment. Telephone for incoming/local calls. Safe in villa.

ARGOSTOLI - The town of Argostoli is approximately 10kms away and offers facilities including: fruit markets, shops, tavernas, cinema, Tourist info (opposite Police station) and a Post Office on Lithostroto Street open 0730-1400 hours Monday - Friday.

ASSOS - A charming little village built around a natural harbour which is overlooked by the Venetian Castle.

FISKARDO - This is the only village which was not destroyed by the earthquake in the 1950's. It offers an excellent choice of shops and restaurants.

MYRTOS BEACH - A beautiful white sandy/pebbled beach.

MELISSANI CAVES & LAKE - A beautiful lake found within the Melissani Caves which can be explored by boat trip.

DROGARATI CAVES - These can be found inland from Sami and have stalactites and stalagmites.

SKALA - A pleasant village which has a long sandy beach with coves for swimming and beachside tavernas.

LIXOURI - This is the second largest town on the island and is connected to Argostoli by ferry boat.
