Watch the surf from this East facing seasonal cottage on the rocky coast, with ocean views from most rooms. Direct access to rocky beach, with swimming at high tide. 3 sandy beaches 1/2 - 1 mile away. Large glass/screen front porch, living room with comfortable furnishings, kitchen with dining area, washer and dryer, 3/4 bath (shower) and queen bedroom on first floor. Full bath plus remaining bedrooms on second floor: 1 king (2 singles together), 2 singles, 1 bunk room (for child 10 year or under). Sleeps 6 plus 1 child. Parking for 2 cars only. Tenant must supply own bed linens and towels. Amenities: Color flat screen TV, cable with HBO, fans supplied, ironing board, iron, adirondack chairs, electric stove/oven, toaster oven, refrigerator, pots and pans, lobster pot and crackers, dishes, silverware, mattress pads, pillows, blankets, bed covers, gas heaters.
