WE HAVE 3 APARTMENTS IN THE HOUSE PLEASE CALL US FOR MORE AVAILABILITY.

Centrally located in the ski and spa town of Bad Gastein and only one hour south of Salzburg, CasaNeve is an old historic house completely modernised and refurbished in 2012. The house offers 3 self contained luxury large apartments which can also be rented individually for both your winter and summer holidays, and it can accommodate up to 25 people. This spacious house has retained its classic Belle Epoque style but the apartments also offer all the comforts that both families and young professionals need when on holidays. Each apartment has a very well equipped kitchen, and all the comforts you will need during your holidays such as for instance 40' Smart LED TV, bean to cup Bosch coffee machine, DVD player, free wireless internet, Bluetooth adapter to stream your own movies and music to the TV, plenty of sitting and dining space.

The house has its own ski and heated ski boots storage facility, however we are approximately 300 mt from the foot bridge that takes you the main ski lift which has a very handy ski/boot storage facility in case you did not want to bring your skis back and forward from the house.

We are positioned just above the old center of the town, and in-between the main ski lift and the center. Hence you could always walk 100 mt down a foot path and catch the ski bus from the old center, in case you did not want to rent a car or walk to the ski lift. From the ski lift walking back to the house is about 5 minutes; no need for any ski bus.

Around the house you have a choice of bars, hotels, restaurants, all within a 50 mt radius. One of the best restaurants in town is just below our house.

The highest mountain in Bad Gastein skiing area is Sportgastein, around 2700 mt high, and overall the Gastein area offers 220 Km of skiing for all levels. Bad Gastein is also in between 2 glaciers. Kaprum and the Molltal Glaciers are both above 3000 mt high and can be reached by car in around 45 minutes.

Bad Gastein can be reached by car, from Salzburg 1 hour and 15 minutes and from Munich 2 and half hours. However CasaNeve is 300 mt from the train station of Bad Gastein so you could always take a 1 hour direct train from Salzburg.

This luxury apartment has been recently refurbished in a way that preserved the historical features of the house it belongs to, CasaNeve, but also adding modern comfort and style. The restored antique wood floor and restored exposed wood work makes the environment very elegant and welcoming. Apartment Valentina sleeps up to 7 people while CasaNeve has a capacity of 25 people.

We are a London family passionate about both beautiful properties and skiing who has invested two years of time in renovating a listed beginning of the last century house in the Belle Epoque town of Bad Gastein. We have retained original features and made it into the ideal holiday property for skiing and summer holidays.

Very nice appartment in Bad Gastein

We rented the apartment in April one River view close spacious and lovely apartment in 2 levels

the ground floor hallway large living room with both lounge section and a combined kitchen and dining room - and in the basement which is a semi-basement there are 2 lovely spacious and bright bedrooms and a nicely WC and bathroom -

The apartment is very funtionel and well appointed and we had a fantastic Christmas in these surroundings

Eine Wohlfühl-Wohnung in Bad Gastein

Wir verbrachten Anfang Oktober 2013 zwei Wochen in der Wohnung "Valentina" in Michele Bo' s Casa Neve und fühlten uns rundum wohl. Wenn wir im Abstand von einigen Wochen immer noch mit großer Freude an unseren Urlaub in Bad Gastein zurückdenken, dann ist dies auch der schönen Unterkunft zuzuschreiben. Die Lage des Hauses ist optimal; Restaurants gibt es in Sichtweite. Die Dorfbäckerei befindet sich gleich um die Ecke. 5 Minuten sind es zum Bus (und zum Wasserfall) und gute 10 zum Bahnhof. Dass es dabei immer rauf oder runter geht - wie generell in Bad Gastein -, nimmt man als Wanderer gerne in Kauf. Das Haus und die Wohnungen strahlen eine besondere Atmosphäre aus; speziell im Falle "Valentina" ergibt sich ein besonderes Wohlgefühl durch den offenen Dachstuhl und die vielen Fenster. Die Wohnung hat auch, was nicht in der Beschreibung erwähnt ist, zwei kleine Balkone inmitten einer interessanten Dachlandschaft. Die Eigentümer haben es verstanden, das historische Gebäude und die Wohnungen liebevoll und stilvoll zu renovieren - die Verbindung von ursprünglichen Bauelementen mit moderner Ausstattung und ist unserer Einschätzung nach außerordentlich gut gelungen. Die Qualität der Ausstattung ist durchweg hoch; man hat, auch bei der Auswahl der verwendeten Materialien, viel Geschmack bewiesen. Was zunächst ein wenig irritierte: Eines der beiden Schlafzimmer hat keinen "richtigen" Kleiderschrank, sondern nur einen halbhohen Schrank mit Schubfächern, was der Dachschräge geschuldet ist. Ein Problem war das für uns allerdings nicht, zumal im Vorraum einige Kleiderhaken installiert sind. Hilfreich wäre für Neuankömmlinge ein kleiner Grundbestand an Zucker, Salz, Gewürzen und dergleichen - aber das findet man in anderen Ferienwohnungen auch nur selten und wäre für den im Ausland wohnenden Eigentürmer auch nur schwer darzustellen. Mr. Del Bo nebst Gattin haben wir nicht persönlich kennengelernt - aber wir finden ihn schon allein von der Korrespondenz her sehr sympathisch und völlig unkompliziert. Alles in allem: Selten haben wir im Urlaub so nett und angenehm gewohnt.

After all the time, effort, and money spent renovating CasaNeve it's really great to hear some words of appreciation. Needless to say that now we have salt, pepper, some basic washing machine tablets, etc. Since we do not leave in Bad Gastein but abroad for us it's always logistic the problem and not money, and it's always the little things that turn out to be the more difficult to take care of. We will have to find a creative solutions for the wardrobe :-)

Cosy and comfortable apartment in the heart of Bad

We enjoyed our holiday at CasaNeve for one week with 5 friends. This was an absolutely fabulous apartment in the centre of Bad Gastein. Everything we needed was there in this cosy and comfortable apartment. In a nice old style building, the apartment had a modern decor, completely equipped kitchen including a washing machine and a coffee maker and is located on a walking distance to the main gondola and shops. The owner and the keyholder were very kind and extremely helpful. Highly recommended apartment, and would definitely stay there again!

Casaneve looks and feels exactly as the photos are showing. Cosy and spacious with a great location close to restaurant and the bars. Perfect for couples since the apartment has 2 separate bathrooms. It’s possible to walk to the slopes even though it’s a tough uphill , we did it with full skiing equipment as our daily exercise routine but if you don’t feel as fit you could always walk 5-7 minutes to the bus that takes you directly to the slopes. We had a 7 months old with us and Michele fixed a baby crib for her without problem. The key holder Anna was also amazingly helpful. Would definitely stay at Casaneve if we come back to Bad Gastein.

Stay tax €2.20 per night, per person. This amount will be due to the owner upon arrival. Does not apply to children under 14 years.
Notes The prices are quoted in Euros per apartment per day and/or week on a self-catered basis. Minimum 3 days week-end bookings maybe possible upon request but not in High or Medium Season.
The price includes: rent, value added tax, initial fitting out of bed linen & towels, heating, electricity, water, wireless internet connection, one parking space in the public car park
Not included is the tourists tax/card, final cleaning, any food and toiletries, soaps etc.
Tourists tax: Euro 2.20 per person per day (children under 15 years of age are tax exempt).
Compulsory final cleaning per Apartment: € 100 for Apartment April and Valentina, €120 for Apartment Livia.
Compulsory final cleaning for the whole Chalet: € 320,00
Parking: one parking space per each apartment in the public park house is included in the price, extra parking maybe available upon request.
Use of electric ski boot driers, washing machine and tumble dryer is free of charge.
Extra linen/towel sets are available upon request at an extra cost of €6 per linen set and €3 for towels set.
Any extra bed on top of maximum capacity included in price is charged at €20 per day.
Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request at €15 per week.
Payment: 30% payment at booking and the balance 6 weeks before check-in date (we accept bank transfer and Paypal. For Paypal there is a 3.6% extra charge).
Refundable security deposit: €300 payable in cash at check-in and refunded in cash at check-out
