This is a cosy 3 bedroom apartment in Sliema just 200m from the seafront. The apartment is in a smart block and is served by granite stairs and a nice lift (elevator). The apartment is Licensed with the Malta Tourism authority.

The apartment is very bright and airy. Each room has a big window or a balcony door (or both).

This apartment is fully furnished and equipped, with digital TV, WiFi, radio, washing machine, iron and iron board, fans, air conditioning in 2 bedrooms, sheets, towels, microwave and fully equipped kitchen.

Sliema, and its neighbouring town St Julian`s are the biggest and most important tourist zone in Malta. There is a very nice seafront promenade that stretches from Gzira to St Julian`s, and this apartment is just in the middle of it.

Buses run frequently to all the tourist attractions in Malta. The bus stop is just few meters away from the apartment.

Shops, restaurants, bars, discos, nigh clubs, ice cream kiosks and rocky beaches are all within walking distance from the apartment. Sandy beaches are just one bus away (20 to 30 minutes).

Also very close is Sliema ferries where many types of boats depart full of tourists for a 1 day cruise along the Maltese coast to discover secluded beaches, caves and the famous Blue lagoon.

We live close to the apartments and offer a good support service. We hope you will be our guests!

Una casa perfetta, in una posizione molto centrale, vicino al supermarket, al mare, alle poste, a molte scuole di inglese, alla fermata del bus dal quale passano autobus che ti permetto di arrivare in qualsiasi posto dell'isola, a 20 minuti a piedi da paceville e 10 da sliema ferries. La casa e' molto grande, molto luminosa, la cucina ben fornita, vi e' sia una stufa per l'inverno che i condizionatori per l'estate. L'unico piccolo problemino che abbiamo trovato e' stata inizialmente la connessione ad internet ma il proprietario ha risolto immediatamente il problema. Il proprietario e' molto disponibile e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema in pochissimo tempo. Prezzo decisamente buono.

Central, comfortable apartment

We had a most enjoyable stay in a spacious and airy apartment: the beds were comfortable, if we asked for something (we needed another chair, some glasses, some kitchen equipment - and for bulbs to be changed) we got a speedy and positive response. It is not lavishly equipped in terms of kitchenalia, but it is certainly adequate, and it is ideally located for access to the front, a nearby supermarket, buses and the nearby ice-cream delights of the best Gelato. We were only three, and enjoyed the space: but nine could fit in easily and not be uncomfortable (though it might be a bit of a squeeze sitting down of an evening!). We plan a return to Malta, and to Blue Waters. Lorie C.

I am completely satisfied with what I have received. Apartments are specious, clear and cozy. It possesses whatever I require. If I need some advice or help - I always have Ruth and Neville, who will help to solve any issue. Location is very good. Its not windy here, yet the sea front is very close from here. And now I am sure, that when I will come again - I for sure will use Ruth and Neville services. They are honest and sincere, so its a pleasure to have a deal with them.

Overall a great, bright, versatile apartment!

The property is located in the beautiful Sliema that has everything that you need. The apartment itself is located on a very calm street. It is very well planned, and has great amount of space. The property is only a 2 minute walk from the sea and great cliffs that you are able to go bathing from. You also have no distance at all to all the local pubs, restaurants and cafés. There are two supermarkets with a 5- and 10 minute walk from the apartment.

The owners provide great customer service and are very easy to talk to. The property itself was beyond expectations in every way for the price we paid and the location could not be better.

Overall a great way to spend your holiday or if you are looking for some place to stay for a longer amount time because of its versatility!

Sliema is the most important tourist town in Malta. It has the longest seafront promenade and is full of life all year round.

Sliema has a long rock beach. In many areas there are lidos and nice kiosks. Along the cost there are also many playgrounds and nice seafront gardens.

Bars, restaurants, ice cream, shops, cafeterias, car hire shops, discos, nightclubs, casinos, water sport outlets etc. are all close by.

Sliema is also the best for buses. In fact to visit all tourist attractions in Malta you just need to take 1 bus! Also close to the apartment, from Sliema Ferries, there are many boats that depart daily to more secluded beaches and do one day cruises.
