Situated in a wooded setting, on a small private road, the house features a sunny wrap-around deck, upper and lower living levels and an outdoor shower. The upper living area promotes an 'open' feel, as the kitchen, dining room and living room are undivided. The upper living area also has 2 bedrooms. The lower level has a large plushly carpeted open room (with pull-out), plus 1 bedroom. Each level has a full bath. It's perfect for 2 families (1 family on each level). On the ocean side, the house is a nice walk to the idyllic Duck Pond, and a short drive to ocean beaches and other ponds. Cape Cod bike trail is nearby. Breakfast on the porch is delightful! We have high speed wireless Internet and expanded cable. If you must work, at least you can do it in a beautiful setting.. We also have a 2nd TV with a DVD player ... for the kids downstairs. Beds: Upstairs: 1 queen, 2 twins (new); Downstairs: 1 queen, 1 pull-out (new).

Head to the beaches and ponds to swim, sunbathe, boogie-board and surf, kayak and paddle boat. Bike ride and walk through the National Seashore woods and dunes. Visit galleries, excellent restaurants, ice cream and fish and chips shacks. Go birding at the Wellfleet Bay Audubon sanctuary, do a wine tasting at Truro Vineyards, play golf at the Highlands Links on the cliffs and dunes above the ocean. Go whale watching or fishing from nearby Provincetown, see first-run movies at the Wellfleet Drive-In and Cinemas and take in a Cape Cod League baseball game at the Orleans Cardinals' home field in Orleans.

We have a gas grill and our driveway is graded with Bluestone. Plus, we have high speed broadband with wireless capability and expanded cable (includes HBO, ESPN, Discovery, Disney, TBS, Bravo, NESN, etc.)! Finally, we added a second TV with a DVD player so that the kids can watch a movie downstairs, while adults watch one upstairs....

Golf Details: There is a country club in Wellfleet that is open to the public called Chequessett Yacht & Country Club Golf. It is a lovely course across from Wellfleet Bay. There is also top notch golf at Ocean's Edge in Brewster (about a 35 minute drive) and a public course in Truro (about a 10 minute drive) called The Highland Links. That course is atop the bluffs with a lighthouse and is like playing at St. Andrew's.

Tennis: You can play tennis at the hard court public courts at the playground across from Wellfleet Harbor. Alternatively, there are the clay courts at Oliver's along Rte. 6 in Wellfleet and the tennis courts at Chequessett Yacht & Country Club.

High Speed Broadband/Expanded TV Cable Service: We have high speed broadband Internet with wireless capability. This means that you can plug your computer into the broadband connection inside the house or use your wireless computer and sit anywhere you like, inside or outside. We are very excited about this new upgrade! Expanded TV cable service also provides favorite premium cable stations such as HBO and (for Red Sox fans) NESN! By the way, we also have 2 DVD players if you want to rent movies... One upstairs and one downstairs so kids and adults can each watch their own shows.

This house is tucked nicely off a main road to the beach. Lovely breezes and visits by hummingbirds near the deck. The location is great—ponds and ocean so nearby and a skip into Wellfleet to buy fresh fish. The house is very comfortable. I’ve returned a couple of times with great delight. Clean, spacious, with a well equipped kitchen for cooking gourmet meals and grilling out, I highly recommend it.

What a great house, and it's in great shape. Large open dining/living/kitchen has sliding glass doors onto huge deck 10 feet off the ground (child proof railing). Deck faces south and wraps around to kitchen entrance. Lovely wooded lot -- windows and sunshine everywhere.

Two full baths, really nice outdoor shower. Room for everyone. Minutes to ocean and bay beaches and Wellfleet.

We love this place!
