Apartment with 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6 +1 people in the center of Madrid.

Guests will find a haven of peace in the 30m2 terrace that offers a great space for relaxing after a visit to the capital. The comfortable living room with fireplace is the main room which is accessed from the hall. It is furnished in modern style. One of the sofas can be converted into a double bed and dining table for 6 people is extensible.

The apartment has two double bedrooms with wardrobes, the main has 2 beds of 90cm. The second bedroom consists of a double bed of 135 cm.

Both the bathroom with a large shower with thermo-monitoring system, such as grooming have modern equipment. The kitchen, separated from the lounge by an original glass is equipped with fridge freezer, 4 ring hob, microwave oven, toaster, espresso machine and all cooking utensils.

The 7-storey building which places this penthouse has elevator and hot water system and central heating. All rooms are exterior with plenty of natural light.

Wonderul apartment in Madrid

My husband and I could not have been happier with our five day stay at this apartment in Madrid. We were there to explore the city and attend the tennis tournament at Caja Majica. The apartment was centrally located with a metro station right across the street. The apartment was extremely clean and well epuipped with a fantastic sun terrace off of the main living area. It was great to sit out there at the end of the day with a glass of wine and some cheese and bread. Arrangements at arrival and departure were handled without a problem by the manager of the property. There was parking on both sides of the street outside the building so having a car was not a problem. Overall, it was a wonderful, memorable stay in Madrid! We highly recommend this apartment for an affordable, comfortable alternative to a hotel.
