This was our third stay at Tranquility Base II. Much like myself, and a fine Romanee-Conti, the house seems to get better with age. We didn't come here for the last 3 years, and what fantastic changes to an already transcendent property. New kitchen appliances, a new whirlpool, and a brand new audio visual system complete the picture of paradise that is, Tranquility Base II. Right on the mountain, yet somehow still private thanks to various species of mature conifers. We found it difficult to leave the hot tub, watching the snowfall over the serene Vermont landscape. When we were done, the fireplace was ideal for warming our toes before a night of untold delights! We won't wait so long for a return visit!
