2 Bedrooms Ground Floor Apartment With Stunning Sea Views.

The spacious entrance hallway has a coat and shoe store area plus a large storage cupboard housing the washer/dryer.

The cleverly designed open plan living area, provides three spacious and distinct areas, with triple aspect view through bay-style French windows opening onto a private terrace with great sea views. The main living area has a Freeview television, Blu-Ray/DVD/CD player, iPod Docking Station, BT Vision package with On demand television and films, Wifi access and telephone (UK land line calls only). With a cosy black granite wall-hung gas fire to bring a glow to those cooler months, the luxurious over-sized sofa allows plenty of space for relaxing with a good book and a glass of wine.

A chic dining area provides elegant and comfortable seating, whilst the open plan kitchen area provides a sociable but high spec cooking area with a breakfast bar with additional seating, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, ceramic induction hob, oven and microwave oven.

The stunning master bedroom has triple aspect bay windows, a king size bed and digital Freeview TV plus an ensuite bathroom with large walk-in rain shower enclosure, W.C., basin and heated towel rail.

The second bedroom has a versatile zip-and-link bed which can be used as one super king size bed or two singles, with digital Freeview TV plus an ensuite Jack & Jill bathroom (with entrance from both bedroom and hallway) with shower over bath, W.C., basin and heated towel rail.

Outside, there is a shower for wetsuits and a secure personal storage/cage for wetsuits and surfboards. There are also lovely and extensive communal gardens for the use of Whitehouse guests only. 1 Whitehouse has one designated parking space, plus further unallocated spaces for guests. The building is protected by a secure video entry system at the front door to the apartments and main gate.

The apartment has underfloor heating throughout with walnut flooring in the living areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Iron, ironing board, high chair, travel cot and hair-dryers in both bedrooms included. 1 well behaved dog allowed. Sorry no smoking. Short breaks available outside of school holidays. A cautionary deposit is payable when booking.
