The house is located in a quiet residential area of the 'Outer' Cape. It is situated close to a grassy marsh with a beautiful view of Cape Cod Bay. It is located a good distance off Rte 6 between the Audubon Society land and Lieutenant's Island in South Wellfleet. It has two bedrooms(although a third bedroom and bath is available) including a large master bedroom with a 12 ft sliding glass door leading out to a deck that overlooks the marsh and the bay. It has two full baths and the master bathroom has a sliding glass door leading to a private sunning deck. The living space is a combination of dining room and large living room. The dining area has 20 ft of continuous windows with an adjacent 12 ft slider leading to a large triangular deck (with table chairs and umbrella for outside dining and relaxation). Vacation rental amenities: the kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, mixer, blender, a very good selection of pots, pans and cooking utensils.

There are tile counters and wood floors throughout the house, washer and dryer, outdoor shower and lots of decks for relaxation.

You are close to both the town beaches along the Atlantic Ocean and the Marconi beach which is part of the National Seashore. Wellfleet has at least three fresh water ponds for swimming with sandy bottoms and a quaint town center which is home to many local artists and galleries. The town pier offers boat rentals, restaurants, and there is even a 9 hole golf course with beautiful views of the harbor, the bay and the marshes of Wellfleet.

This house is a beautiful, comfortable place to stay on Cape Cod. The view from the upper & lower decks is stunning, overlooking a lovely marsh with the bay beyond. The huge master bedroom, with king-size bed, private bath, & stained glass windows overlooking the ground floor, could not be better. The bedroom & bath on the ground floor is also very nice. It is well-equipped with the latest in electronics, & is certainly more than spacious enough for 4 people. Bill Taylor seems to make a special effort to keep everything in good order, & is open to requests and comments. We look forward to returning here on our next Cape Cod vacation.

My husband and I were delighted when we opened the door and viewed the spacious, tastefully appointed interior, the deck, and the beautiful marsh and ocean bay view. We were even more pleased when we saw the second level master bedroom suite with its own deck and the same great view. It was comfortable, well supplied, very private, yet convenient to the whole outer Cape. The owner kindly answered my dumb questions (how to run the VCR?) and called to make sure everything was okay when we arrived. Highly recommend for one or two couples! The home is more spacious than it appears in its photos. The marsh view was mesmerizing as the tide went in and out, and in the morning and evening light. One of a kind!
