Huge new over sized Ranch. The house is two blocks from the Narrow River and minutes to RI's best beaches. There is a park a block away with swings and basketball court. Fully furnished, 4 queens, 2 full beds, 2 pull out sofas, large deck with gas BBQ, level yard, plenty of off street parking, cathedral ceilings, slider to deck off eat-in kitchen, large island in kitchen, ceiling fans in almost every room, 2 TVs, 1 DVD player, Huge family room, large living room. The lower level is nicely set up for the handicapped. Only one step up from the driveway. Lower level has 3 bedrooms, full bath with washer and dryer, and family room. There are 2 adult and 3 children bicycles for your enjoyment.

Me and five of my friends rented this house out for a week in June and loved it. The house is beautiful and very large. It is also in very close proximity of town beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and ice cream parlors. The house came well equipped with plenty of dishes, cooking utensils and cleaning supplies. The weekly rates on this house are more than fair and well worth it; we would love to rent it again. Randy made the whole process very easy and was very helpful throughout. Thanks.

I loved this house!
Me and 5 friends all stayed in the house for a week...and we almost called Randy to ask to stay for the next week too. It's got good-sized bedrooms (especially the master bedroom that I got to sleep in), fans for every room, it's furnished, and even had some dishes to use. It was close to the beach and we went to the ice cream parlor frequently, as well as a pizza place right up the road. I also am going to URI and want to possibly rent the house out for the school year. Randy, we need to talk about that. And also, we want to possibly have the house for 2 weeks next summer! But, thank you for letting 6 teenagers stay in the house! We kept it in good condition.

My husband and I rented this lovely house last summer '04 for our wedding guests/family. It turned out great, we had our rehearsal dinner there and we received many compliments for it. The house is spacious and very well maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the beach & restaurants.
Randy and Collen were very easy to deal with. We will go back there anytime
