property across from famous fish restaurant. close by is another restaurant with view of bay, two fishing piers with good restaurants, shopping , community center with exercise classes and tennis courts. beautiful white sandy beaches on gulf side of island not far. apartment has its own private beach . depth of water depends upon tide and great for kyaking. long driveway provides privacy and seclusion, parking is in front of apartment. We've always been lucky with really nice tenants and we look forward to more nice tenants enjoying their island paradise.
