Visit this newly remodeled residence in an established neighborhood close to everything. We're only 10 minutes from the Strip, downtown, airport and convention centers and just off Flamingo and Pecos east of the Strip. The home is close to shopping, movies, casinos, LV Convention Center, Sands Expo, Thomas & Mack Center, malls, golf courses, stores, shops and all other conveniences. It has a large family room, WiFi high speed internet access computer and business setup complete with fax, large living room overlooking solar heated private pool and spa, with cable TV, DVD, fireplace and queen sofa sleeper, vaulted ceilings, laundry room with washer/dryer. The dining room seats six and has games and puzzles for family entertaining. The fully stocked kitchen has all appliances and utensils . Prepare a business cocktail party, entertain clients in a warm setting or just prepare a quiet meal. The Queen-size master bedroom has walk-in closet and French doors to patio and pool.

This spacious house can accommodate large families, conventioneers or just a private 'getaway' for two. Great house for entertaining. Please respect the quiet family neighborhood. The cozy back yard is fully landscaped and lighted with a covered patio, solar heated private pool with security fence, gas barbecue and patio furniture. Smoking is allowed on patio only please.
