Welcome to 'Mi Casa,' our totally renovated vacation home on Indian Rocks Beach, just south of Clearwater, FL. This charming, comfortable and colorful 4 bedroom, 2 bath home has a shaded, private covered porch with outside seating and table/chairs for dining. Mi Casa has been updated with new appliances and a tropical beach theme. Vintage rattan, old bathing posters, retro fabrics decorate this fabulous 1949 original beach home with all conveniences. A side brick terrace with table, umbrella & 6 chairs is an additional place to gather & enjoy the outside.'Mi Casa' is located on the gulf-side, 1 house back from the gulf and just steps to the beach access (with no roads to cross)--about 50 steps to the sand beach. Come and enjoy our beautiful sugar-sand beaches and gentle waves which are very safe for 'little ones'.

Property Location: This charming vacation home is located in an area of private homes, rental homes and low-rise condo's. You can walk to some restaurants and all amenities are within a couple of miles. Dining, shopping, cinemas, golf, all water sports are available nearby. You can walk for miles on our sugar-sand beaches. Disney is 2 1/2 hours. Tampa (45 min.) has Busch Gardens, Aquarium, sports teams, (Bucs, Rays, Lightning), concerts.
