2 Bedroom apartment with spectacular views over Famagusta

A spacious two bedroom penthouse apartment with large terrace area and spectacular views of the Famagusta coastline and northern peninsula.

The apartment is only a short distance from the Kapparis area with easy access to the local resorts of Pernera and Protaras.

The local beach of Fireman's Bay is only a 10 minute walk.

The accommodation is well equipped for your holiday with one double bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedroom.

Both bedrooms have balconies with ample wardrobe and drawer space and dressing tables in each.

There is also a separate large family bathroom.

The living area has satellite TV and DVD facilities, comfortable seating and sofa bed and access to the terrace area.

There is a modern dining table for six people and the large kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances.

A large swimming pool is situated in private gardens with gated access for residents only providing a safe environment for young children.

Access to the property is by lift or stairs and has private under cover parking beneath the apartments.

The local area of Kapparis has a number of different bars, restaurants, shops and bakeries and is only 10 minutes away by foot.

A local regular bus service runs into the early hours from here to the family resort of Pernera and the larger Protaras.

The lounge area has comfortable seating for 6 people and is equipped with satellite TV and DVD player. Two settees one being a sofa bed.

The area has air-conditioning for your comfort.

The kitchen has modern appliances throughout including fridge/freezer, electric cooker/hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, plentiful crockery and utensils as well as a washing machine.

The terrace is one of the largest to be found locally and comes complete with large outdoor dining table and chairs,

comfortable sun loungers, gas barbecue, sink and unrivalled views of the Mediterranean coastline and Famagusta area

including the famous 'ghost city'

The pool area is overlooked by the balcony terrace and is private to residents of the apartments. There is card access

only to the poolside and to the adjacent relaxing garden. Sun loungers are available at the pool along with a shaded area.

There is also a children’s pool.

A welcome pack is provided for your arrival and at the meet and greet on your first morning the local management company will

answer any queries and help out with directions and shops etc.
