Enjoy stunning panoramic views of Provincetown bay, harbor & the Monument.

There are 3 bedrooms, (2 with en suite bathrooms, king size beds and private entrances, the third with a queen bed & its own bathroom), all with wonderful water views. Elegant granite vanities in the bathrooms, walk-in closet. Full Cable package. The dining room table seats 8.

Walk to the bay & beach in UNDER 2 minutes! The shops, restaurants, cafes & art galleries in the center of town are a walk down Commercial Street. For quieter evenings, enjoy the fully equipped kitchen or outdoor gas barbecue. The deck & large surrounding outdoor space is just the place for a relaxing drink with friends. Parking for 3 cars

Enjoy all the attractions of the Provincetown Historic District, art galleries, shops and restaurants. The bay and ocean beaches, Cape Cod towns and sporting activities are superb. Rent a bike and ride along the miles of trails in the dunes and Beech Forest, sail, swim, or go to the theater, a show or the movies. And as for night life, this is P-town.... We have lots of everything!

Other Activities: National Seashore Visitor Center programs and guided events

Golf: Play golf at Highland Light, Chequesset or any of the other fine courses on Cape Cod. Although you do not need a car for Provincetown, we recommend a car if you want to play the Cape Cod courses or simply to sightsee in the beautiful towns and villages.

Notes: The kitchen is fully equipped with an easy clean ceramic stove top/self-cleaning oven below, microwave/extractor fan combination, silent dishwasher, large Amana refrigerator with pull out freezer below, electric kettle, coffee maker and bean grinder, toaster oven and plenty of cabinets. In addition to china and glassware, you will find ample picnic ware for outdoor use. The two first floor bedrooms (with king-sized beds) have their own private entrances from the property. Go for an early morning walk without disturbing anyone else (or come home late - hey, this is Provincetown!)

Perfect Vacation

Our group of 5 loved this house and even on the two rainy days we didn't feel like we were on top of each other - there is plenty of space to relax and unwind. The owner is very easy to work with and her customer service is excellent.

The house was spotless when we arrived and we were impressed with the tasteful decor. We like to cook and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. It was also really convenient having 3 bathrooms. This property is a real home.

The views are spectacular - not like some places where you have to practically fall out of an upstairs window trying to catch a glimpse the bay. The 2 parking spaces are a real bonus and the house and grounds are very private. It's great not having to drive anywhere if you don't want to, with the beach across the street, the dunes 10 minutes away and the walk into town really easy. There is so much to do in P-town, but we loved lazing in the yard under the trees or upstairs on the balcony deck, watching the tides roll in and out...just perfect.

Fantastic house

We are posting this review because the previous one does not do justice to this fantastic house. The artwork & sculptures are great & so is the furniture. 6 of us (adults) rented in June & the space was perfect. The upstairs cathedral ceilings add to the drama of the view - the reverse design was just the right thing to do. Everything in the house is in excellent condition (including some brand new linens we saw in the closet, still in packages). The beds are really comfortable, all bedrooms have plenty of storage (& hangers!!). There is lots of private outdoor space, deck chairs, 2 umbrellas & chaise lounges with cushions, etc. and the beach is across the street. The walk into town takes about 20 minutes (bike it in 5) and it's great to be close, but not living in town. We go to P-town every year and will definitely come back. We will recommend this great house to our friends. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful time in P-Town

We arrived at an immaculately clean house, only to be blown away by the view from the upstairs living room! Although not big, the house is comfortable and easy to live in.

The location is perfect for those with small children. The beach, which is on the bay side, is a short 2 minute walk away. We would walk down to the beach with our under-2 year-old daughter and our dog after the baby's morning nap, spend a couple of hours there, and walk back for lunch and afternoon nap. If you bring your dog with you, it can be off-leash at all time, so bring a tennis ball or frisbie (cannot do that at the National Seashore beaches). Our daughter and dog had a blast at the beach.

There is a well-stocked Stop & Shop a short drive away and a great seafood store called Townsends, who will steam your lobster to perfection. The town center is a bit of a walk, but totally doable.

Lisa, the owner, is super responsive and easy to deal with. My only suggestion would be to have some children's beach toys (we left ours at the house for future visitors) and beach chairs and umbrellas; also the linens were not as "luxurious" as advertised, but were wholly adequate.

All said, I would defintely recommend the house to friends and am already thinking about returning next summer.
