Waterfront property on Lake Winnisquam in Laconia, New Hampshire. Great two bedroom cabin with western exposure. Sun on the beach area and dock all day long! Waterfront property with dock, canoe, broadband computer access, cable television, gas grill, Mosquito Magnet, and an unbelievably comfortable hammock! Fully furnished and pets are allowed. Close to everything fun in the Lakes region! Awesome local golf courses! A short ride to Weir's beach, the Drive-In and Funspot. Great area for kids of all ages with the sandy bottom, beach area and swing. Great swimming and boating in one of New Hampshire's cleanest lakes. We keep a book of all the local restaurants and update it all the time. The best Chinese Food, Pizza, Margaritas, are all in there! The Lakes region is so endowed with great things to do during the day, whether its a sunny day or not! ENJOY! Sit back, relax, and listen to the loons.

Perfect Location on Lake Winnisquam!: Our house is located on the Eastern side of the 'big' section of the lake. Western exposure gets the sun all day long. No worries about being on a 'wake speed' areas of the lake, we are centrally located close to everything! Quick access to boat fuel on the lake, close to our famous sandbar where hundred of boats will gather on a hot, vacation weekend. We have the best sunset view and great breezes for sailing on the biggest part of the lake. 'Working' Mosquito Magnet and a great Genesis grill just finish the picture!

History about our house.: When George Eastman (not the Kodak guy) sold off the eight portions of his 1000 feet of frontage, our property was the very first one purchased. Our property and the property to the right of ours were bought by two sisters and their husbands. So, there must be something special about our little piece of heaven.

Relaxing with Entertainment Close

We rented this camp last week and had a wonderful time. Lake was gorgeous, clean and fairly quiet. Water temperature was PERFECT.

Though it's a little small, the house is really well maintained and has all the amenities you'd need. The location is excellent - AWESOME sunsets and so close to activities (like Weirs Beach, outlets, etc.).

We really enjoyed our stay.

Back again for a return rental this spring!

Brand new resurfaced cement patio near the dock was fantastic. All the stairs down to the dock have been finished over and are perfect now. What a great place to relax. The heater in the house was only needed for 1 night and kept the whole house cozy for April vacation. Our dog loves the area. The new firepit was great in the evenings.
