Bad House!

This property was recently rented by a group of 6 of my friends. I found this property through this website. The house has no yard, the gas tank for the grill was empty. There were no sheets for the beds, only one key, the property was poorly maintained and the owner was rude when contacted about the problems with the house. My friends had to actually buy sheets and have keys made. The property was managed for the owners by an unresponsive property management company. I would strongly encourage you to think twice before renting this property.

These tenants never complained about the gas tank being empty. If they had we would have directed them to the full tank in the storage shed or had the property agent install a full tank. In the five years we have rented this house, we have never had tenants complain about there being only one key which is standard in Ptown. There was an issue about 4 missing pillowcases (new cleaning service), but our property agent delivered new ones immediately. These tenants did not buy them, the property agent did and I have the receipt to prove it. On Tuesday, after the tenants had arrived the previous Saturday, they started complaining the house had not been vacuumed (four days after they were in the house? I guess this is why they said the house was "poorly maintained."). We bent over backward to satisfy these tenants and all they wanted to do was negotiate for money. I offered to have the property manager come and address their complaints, but they refused to allow the property agent entry into our house to resolve the issue. These were definitely "unsatisfiable" tenants.
