The delightful property is situated on the hillside and can be accessed along several easy stone steps. It enjoys a sunny lake view position with a beautiful and spacious internal layout ideal for up to 6 guests, with a modern tiled open plan living and dining room ideal for relaxed and informal living with a comfortable seating area with a large wall-mounted flat screen TV and leading to a newly fitted and charming country-style kitchen which provides all the necessary appliances including an electric hob, oven, coffee machine and more to ensure for a comfortable self-catering stay.
The dining area provides a wonderful place to hold indoor dinner parties, with French doors opening out onto a sunny lake view garden and terrace, perfect for holding pre-dinner aperitifs or a wonderful place to end an evening with the sun setting over the breathtaking eastern mountain peaks of Lake Como.
The sleeping accommodation is spacious and flexible with two main contemporary bedrooms; the master comprising a double with contemporary light furnishings which include a fitted wardrobe for hanging clothes and for storage. The second bedroom features two single beds which can be either kept separate or twinned to conveniently accommodate a second couple.
PLEASE NOTE: that the sleeping area is located on the lower floor and is provided only with light-well windows.
Both stylishly furnished bedrooms provide wall mounted flat screen TVs for guests’ entertainment and are well situated to the two spacious luxury shower rooms. To the living room a comfortable double sofa bed can be adapted to sleep an additional two guests if required.
The beautiful and well-maintained residence offers an underground parking facility with private garages and guests can enjoy full use of the communal swimming pool which is situated in a very sunny and prominent position close to the property and overlooking the Lake, including the famous Bellagio peninsular.

Plesio:
Plesio is a municipality in the Province of Como in the Italian region Lombardy and is situated on the Western shore of the lake with a population of around 850 people. It is approximately 30km north east of Como.
Plesio is called the 'Pearl' between the mountains and the lake as it is such a beautiful location. Narrow streets with cobbled pathways and picturesque buildings, some still with stone and slate architecture, which dates back to the 1300's, all add to the beauty of this charming village.
The village has seen many changes over the centuries and been home to many people. Nomadic hunters who lived in caves, followed by the Celtic people, then Greek colonists brought here by the Romans. During the eleventh century huge walls were built to help provide fertile terraces on which to grow their crops.
