This one is tucked into a shady grove of Black Oak trees and still has lots of sun pouring down on the deck. It's a comfortable home, has new kitchen appliances and new hardwood floors, and an eat-in kitchen that opens onto a great deck for romantic dining al fresco or morning cafe au lait. The yard is spacious and a good play area for kids. The house is on a wooded lot in a friendly neighborhood, a short walk from the bay and just a mile from the Welfleet Drive-In. Eastham is the first town on the Outer Cape; situated between Orleans and Wellfleet. This is a kid friendly house. Let me know how I can make this house work for you.

Location: Cape Cod < Massachusetts < USA

It's less than a 20 minute walk to the bay and a short bike ride to the ocean and to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. North Eastham is convenient to Wellfleet's sophisticated theater, Wellfleet Harbor Actors Theater (WHAT) and Wellfleet Audobon Society, which is a great resource for children. Provincetown is about 30 minutes away for a colorful and lively atmosphere with many and great dining options. Orleans is 6 miles to the supermarket, shopping and more restaurants.
