Sehr schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist in einer typisch englischen victorianischen Reihenhaustraße gelegen - wirklich schön dort. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass Vauxhall ein ganz normales Wohnviertel ist mit Geschäften, Supermärkten und ganz normalem Every-Day-Live. Sally hat alle Tips auf einer riesigen Landkarte in der Küche markiert. Die Busse in 50 m Entfernung (Linie 2 und 88) sind perfekt für Doppeldecker-Sightseeing. Es hat uns wirklicht toll gefallen - absolut empfehlenswert.

good place in London for 2!

This flat is terrific! We loved the location, so convenient to transportation all over London. There are neighborhood restaurants and shops available, too. The flat was clean and everything worked. Our only complaint was the noise level early in the mornings from the family above. If you are early risers, it won't bother you, but if you sleep past 7 bring earplugs. Checking in and out was easy, and the owners are responsive to communications. Overall we were pleased.

Very Good!

Everything was ok. The owner, Sally, was extremely helpful and prompt in replying our enquiries and requests of advice. Quiet and well equipped with anything you may need in a house, the flat is in a very good position, convenient for transport and supermarket. The bathroom is maybe only a bit too small, yet perfectly clean and functional.

Tranquilo, centrico y muy acogedor "Genial".

Estuvimos 4 noches, dos adultos y dos niños /18 y 13), y verdaderamente lo recomiento, el barrio es tranquilo, pero estas a 10 minutos del centro en autobus, las 2 lineas que pasan a 50 metros de la casa de llevan a los sitios mas importantes, porque el metro queda un poco mas retirado ( 15 min andando), la casa es pequeña pero acogedora y no la falta de nada, a menos de 3 min andando tienes comercios, bares, restaurantes y Take-Away. Sin duda relacion calidad precio mucho mejor que muchos de los Hoteles baratos, que estan mucho pero y mas alejados.

Verdaderamente recomendable, y la propietaria muy amable.

We spend a nice week in this apartment. A fine bed and everything was clean. A fault in the heating was immediately fixed. We liked the quiet neighbourhood, 2 busses just around the corner and 2 underground stations on walking distance.

The Gatwick Express runs from Gatwick airport to Victoria Station, which is a short tube journey or 10 minute taxi ride away.

Fast 24-hour buses to the West End are 1 minute away. Vauxhall's Zone 1 bus station, underground (for Victoria line) and mainline train station is less than a 10 minute walk. The Oval underground station (for Northern line) is also just a short walk. River boats run from the Vauxhall St George's Wharf Pier to the City and Bankside (for the Tate Modern).

Many tourist attractions are within walking distance. You can enjoy a walk along the Thames to:

- Tate Britain (15 mins);

- Westminster (25 minutes) for the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey;

- Buckingham Palace (30 minutes);
