The villa is composed of: 2 double bedrooms, 1 single / double room, a big kitchen, a very large living room with double sofa bed, a bathroom and one double service. It has a garden that completely surrounds and the sea is just a few meters away. It has a parking space. Surface of 800 square meters

The house is situated in a village with a few houses on a rocky bay in front of the sea. The town of Santa Croce Camerina is only 5 km. The area is surrounded by beaches: the beach of Puntabraccetto and Torre di Mezzo about 500 meters and the beach club at about 1 km. The famous beach of Drypoint 'the beach of Commissario Montalbano' about 6 km. In addition, the resort is only 12 km from the port of Marina di Ragusa.

Major attractions in the area are the Baroque towns of Ragusa Ibla, Modica and Ragusa, the Donnafugata Castle, archaeological excavations and the museum of Kamarina and Caucana, etc.. There are also different gastronomic destinations in the area to enjoy local specialties from the famous granite, the arancini, ricotta hot etc.
