Tropical paradise!

This property is even more beautiful and maintained than the pictures show! There is even a talking parrot named Pedro that says thank you when you feed him. The sundeck is a lot of fun to go up and view the ocean, day and night. The owners are super nice gentlemen that make you feel very welcomed. There is nothing bad I can say about Casadeplaya or A.G. and Ron (the owners) except we (my husband and I) did not understand the website correctly but you will be staying in a guest house and they live in the main house directly attached to the guest house. We thought we were renting the whole property that is shown. But I do not say that in a bad way because they are very nice and they did not impose, so we did end up having it to ourselves, for the most part. Everything that they have there is for you to enjoy (pool, grill, sundeck, beach items like chairs, towels, boogie boards, etc.) and I can't stress enough how gorgeous the lot is, and it's has a great, convient access to the beach (nice view from the sundeck). We actually drove around just sightseeing other properties and this is truly the nicest house on the strip because the garden makes you feel like you are in paradise. I wish I had their greenthumbs! So even though we thought we were renting our own private beach house, we were still very satisfied and it was like we had it to ourselves anyways. The pool water is so crystal clear and nice and warm it was like bath water! The guest house was fine for us (2 adults, 3 kids) and A.G. and Ron are super nice and very welcoming. They even had a bottle of wine in the house for us to enjoy! It was very relaxing and calming to sit up on the sundeck at night when the kids were asleep! I feel so bad when we came home and unpacked, I found the ice cream scope from the guest house in one of our bags (accidently, of course). Atleast it was a plastic one and I'm sure easily replaceable but I don't want A.G. or Ron to think we took it. Sorry A.G. and Ron! I think Bella was playing with it and it was just thrown in our stuff. We'll give it a good home here in KY and we'll have good Florida memories next time we fix ice cream! =) On our last day, my son was upset because he didn't want to leave. When I told him we would come back to Florida, his reply was "but I want to come back to this exact place and stay here all the time!" So I guess that says it all. If you want to feel like your living in a tropical paradise, then this is the place.
