You will be treated to an ever-changing natural drama from this recently built home on Flying Point overlooking Casco Bay. Herons, gulls, and other sea birds share the scene, and if you are lucky, you may even spot seals swimming right in your back yard! The four bedrooms, four full baths, gourmet kitchen, stone patio, deck, and hot-tub are waiting for you. Even when you are inside, you can enjoy beautiful waterfront views from every window.

Freeport, Maine is a favorite vacation destination for families who enjoy a great variety of outdoor activities. Without leaving Freeport, you can swim at a sandy beach, play golf, hike the picturesque coast at Wolf Neck State Park, visit a bird sanctuary or a working farm, or you can discover the curious Desert of Maine. You can have a traditional lobster dinner on the dock at Harraseeket Landing and of course you can shop endlessly in the outlet stores and L.L. Bean just a few miles into town. If you venture further north up the coast, you can visit a Maritime Museum in Bath, take an island cruise out of Boothbay Harbor, visit the Farnsworth Museum in Rockland and take in the famous works of art by Jamie, Andrew and N.C. Wyeth. And of course Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor are well-known Maine landmarks on the must-do list.

The Perfect Maine Getaway

My wife and I rented this spectacular property while in Maine for my son's wedding. It is a short drive from the Portland Airport. The pictures and description on the website do not adequately describe the house, amenities and location. The house was in pristine condition and had all the comforts of home. The morning sunrises were spectacular. The kitchen had every kitchen tool you needed. The downstairs game room, which needs to be listed on the website description has a ping pong table and full bar. The hot tub and grill was perfect for an evening cookout and relaxation. The house is located 8-10 minutes away from Freeport. The Bow Street Market which is located on the way to Freeport has the best selection all food products from meat, cheese, produce, wine and anything else you might need. The location was perfect for us and we found the owners to be extremely helpful and cooperative throughout the entire rental process. I would definately recommend this property to others and we plan to stay here again on our next trip to beautiful Maine.
