This modern property offers a pool table, gym equipment, flat screen TVs in lounge area and two bedrooms, with satellite and DVD player. High speed wi-fi. Double garage. Please note: Smoking is not permiited anywhere on the premises.Indulge yourselves. The best 4 bedroom villa in the best location in Spring Hills.

A modern luxurious ranch style villa with every modern convenience. Two good size bathrooms, one en-suite and one opening onto the pool area. A large heated pool with Lanai, gas barbecue, outdoor dining area and music system piped throughout the property including the pool area, not overlooked. Large lounge and separate dining and breakfast areas. Fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry area. Full size pool table and some gym equipment. Very close to Weeki Wachee Springs. Local activities include: Canoeing/Kayaking, Horse Riding, Golfing, Fishing, Shooting, Sailing, Bowling, Cycling, Walking and Skating. There is a great Cinema plenty of shops as well as a number of wonderful shopping malls in the area. As well as Busch Gardens there are plenty more less well known parks to visit including Big Cat Rescue, Homossassa Springs and of Course Weeki Wachee Springs (home of the mermaids). There are many many more places to visit far too many to list.
