Charming two-story apartment on the Mystic River, the 'Schoolhouse' was moved next to the Captain's House in 1852 and renovated in 1996. Modern appliances, original floors preserved. Quiet yard with off-street parking. River views. Leave your kayak in the yard or on my outhaul in the water.

The Schoolhouse is 200 feet from the coffee houses, antique shops, and restaurants of Main Street in coastal Connecticut's most historic seafaring town. Five-minute drive to Mystic Seaport Museum, Aquarium, Olde Mistick Village shops plus Indian, Mexican, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, French, and of course New England seafood cuisine. Twenty minutes to Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun in one direction, Misquamicut beaches in the other.
