Open 1st floor with living room, dining area, fabulous kitchen, full bath and small shady deck. 2nd floor has 2 queen bedrooms, another full bath and small sunny deck. Basement with laundry and get away den space. Well equipped and comfortable, owner's home during winter months. One parking place. Well-behaved pets allowed.
