First floor living room - dining room combo with fireplace, modern kitchen and den, with extra sleep space and 3rd full bath; beautifully furnished and completely equipped. See Martha's Vineyard from Gazebo at end of dock. Den has 2 twin beds. House has large deck overlooking water and bird sanctuary. House equiped with 46 inch Flat Screen TV.,dishes, linens, grill, canoe etc.
