Great Rental for dog owners!

We spent a month at this rental and it fit our needs exactly - nicely decorated and updated, pool, clean, great location near the beach and ideal for someone with a pet. The internet connection is good and it has 3 flatscreen tvs and a good speaker system. This place has a kitchen that is fully equipped so we didn't have to buy anything for our one month stay. We had a dinner party for 6 that worked fine. It's a good location for walking a dog and quiet, even though it's only a block from A1A on the water. The customer service was excellent and it was good to be near restaurants (Charlies Crab, Shooters, etc.) and a 7-Eleven. The pool is lit with professional tropical landscaping around it to provide a private setting for swimming. nice!
Owner's Response: We thank you for the positive review. We at ADMS work very closely with the owner to provide their guests with a nicely appointed relaxing atmosphere. We keep the properties well maintained and up to date to the lifestyle needs of our guests. The homes accents and ammenities will always be addressed on a regular basis to maintain the quality of this home. Though we are aware that there are people who have very special needs pertaining to allergies and so forth, If there is an issue with the home that is in our control, we will correct the sittuation to accomodate the guest. The owner of this home has maintained a 5 star guest rating and with the support of ADMS will continue to do so.

Better Than Pictures!

My husband & I stayed here the first week of October 2009 and hope to stay again soon! What a wonderful place! Everything was truly immaculate....and the house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Highland Palms is very private, peaceful and quiet....yet minutes to the best of everything. The beach is a minute walk....(we have stayed at hotels on the beach that took longer to get to the sand because you had to go thru hallways & elevators!) The pool was pristine and inviting. The outdoor "living room" is where we spent most of our time....even in the rain....because it is covered and cozy. The kitchen and baths are beautifully updated. The location was ideal....great reastaurants and shopping....all very near by. We will be back!

Our home away from home

As the title of our review says, we really felt at home. We stayed at Highland Palms the last 2 weeks of August 2009 with our two daughters. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the villa, everything you could desire was available in and around the house. Kitchen is fully equipped, washing machine & dryer, living-room with big-screen TV, stereo-set and we could even connect our IPhone for music (with speakers outside around the swimming-pool area also). A gas-barbecue and jacuzzi outside. Everything was according the description we received from ADMS. Also the contact with ADMS (Joe and Louis) was really good and they were happy to answer all the questions I had.
The villa is located in a quiet neighborhood but in walking distance of the beach. We spent many days on the Fort Lauderdale beach. Fort Lauderdale centre and Las Olas Boulevard is a few minutes away by car. Recommended restaurant is the Mai Kai Polynesian restaurant with a very unique entourage and nice shows (do not forget to make a reservation). Miami is just a 40 minute drive away.

For sure we will return for future vacations, we had a splendid time and we really felt at home. We already have recommended this property to some of our friends and family.

Bottom line, it was more than we expected and if you are looking for a luxurious stay in a villa whilst feeling as if you were living in your own home, this property is the one you should rent!

Best vacation of my life!

Everything is as described and it is true that the pictures do not do this place justice. It is so private, the vegetation is beautiful and diverse, it is very clean and well maintained, comfortable, relaxing, a short walk to the beach, practical everything you need is there. I spoke to Mr. Shaw on a couple of occassions and I could tell that our satisfaction was important to him, they don't just want your money and once they have it, you are on your own. Even the refund of the security deposit was fast! The only negative about my experience is that it had to end. Circumstances permitting, we will be back for sure.

Everything was perfect!!! Great location and loved the pool and beautiful grounds.

Very clean and well maintained - had everything you could want and more!!

Would stay there again and recommend to anyone who wanted to go to Ft Lauderdale!!
