Renovations for this sweet traditional cottage were completed in April 2009. This cottage is located in a beautiful quaint residential neighborhood in East Orleans. It is a quick 4 minute walk to Meeting House pond which is great for swimming, fishing or boating. The cottage is centrally located two miles from Nauset Beach and 1/2 mile from E. Orleans center where there are excellent restaurants, shops and ice cream. The house features 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed & 2 twin beds) all amenities, granite kitchen counter tops, an outdoor enclosed h/c shower and a nicely landscaped, large, private yard. In addition the cottage faces Fishers Way which is a small private road that ends in a cul-de-sac. Orleans has much to offer from world renowned beaches, minor league baseball games, biking, golf, tennis, fantastic restaurants, theatre and much much more.

  • Please inquire for off-season rental rates. The cottage is available for monthly rental over winter months.

Loved staying here for many years and looking forward to seeing the new renovations this summer. The cottage is in a great location, well maintained and is the best value rental in Orleans. Every year there is another improvement, whether it is the landscaping, interior or exterior of the home we look forward to our stay. Close enough to all the beaches and the town landing is one of the best spots in town to enjoy the natural habitat of Cape Cod or go for an afternoon swim. Last year we rented kyaks and took them out from the town landing, it was spectacular. We love bike riding in the neighborhood and walking to East Orleans center for lunch, ice cream or a delicious dinner at Joe's or Nauset Beach Club. Always a great vacation here.
