This Immaculate, modern Cape is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a beautiful quaint East Orleans residential neighborhood. It is a quick walk to Meeting House Pond (swimming, fishing and boating), 2 miles to Nauset Beach and 0.5 miles to East Orleans Center where there are wonderful restaurants, shops and ice-cream. The house features 3 large bedrooms, 2 new bathrooms, modern kitchen with up to date appliances, an outdoor enclosed h/c shower, expansive patio with newly built-in propane gas grill and a large nicely landscaped yard. The basement boasts a new, bright playroom, separate TV viewing room. and laundry room (w/d). There is also a 2 bedroom cottage available in the lot next door (property ID 107472). Orleans has much to offer from world renowned beaches, minor league baseball games, biking, golf, tennis, fantastic restaurants, theatre and much much more.

Wonderful house with more than one expects from a rental. Because we were traveling from California making linens and towels a problem, the owner was gracious enough to extend herself and provided what we needed. She was always available whenever we had questions about the house and provided tips on places to go.
The house is perfect for large families although we were only two for five days and four for two more. The house is perfectly situated not far from the beach and very close to a wonderful ice cream store. For a terrific special ocassion restaurant, we loved 28 Atlantic at the Weqquansett resort on the road to Chatham.

Excellent Vacation

This Orleans home is a perfect destination for an outstanding Cape Cod vacation. The home is beautiful and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing and entertaining on the large patio with the new built-in grill while the kids played in the nice yard. The basement of the house is nicely decorated and it provides the perfect place for the kids to play and keep cool.

The location is ideal as well. It is close to the beaches and Meeting House pond is few minutes walk away. Meeting House is great for an afternoon swim, kayaking or even fishing. This is a great vacation place with plenty to see and do in the area. We recommend this home.
