NOTE: Outside stairs to 2nd floor. Second floor: large bedroom with queen bed; full bath with 2 person shower. Lovely balcony overlooking lake and sunsets! Inside stair to Loft: with double bed and skylight windows and ceiling fans. Kayak available.

This is a delightful and unique spot right on the Lake...have coffee or cocktails on the front deck and just drop into the lake for a swim! A converted Boathouse from the days of the Jingling Spurs Dude Ranch. Beautiful sunsets, and lake and mountain views. Watch a storm come across the lake! Watch sailing and water skiing!
