About Hazel Alley
I grew up in Bar Harbor and lived in the house just next door. We began renting the cottage in the 80's for 6mos
out of the year to help pay for the mortgage and insurance.
We spend the summer months at Beachhill Pond in Otis, Maine with our two english springer spaniels. We are both retired now but we don't go to Florida winters. We enjoy the 4 seasons on MDI with our family and friends. We are very fortunate to have had such nice renters over the years that have respected our house and have returned year after year to enjoy the Island. For their return patronage and repect for our home we are truly greatful.
Hazel Alley purchased this cottage in 1974

Guestbook comments from the manager
If we judged our first vacation in Maine by the weather this week - we would not return. However, your warm, cozy, more than all the comforts of home cottage made up for it. If your ever in Florida, give us a call.
