130 feet of white sandy beach, on a private waterfront, located on Upper Silver Lake which is less than 3 minutes from the Famous Lake Michigan Sand Dunes! This home is custom decorated, beautifully furnished and completely remodeled last year. Jacuzzi outside the master suite, with an extensive multi-level Patio System overlooking the lake, a shady Gazebo for those hot days, and a huge brick paver fire pit on the beach. The property also has a fully furnished boathouse on the beach with a refrigerator! We do provide a boat dock and boat passes are available.

House Details: Interior of house is very nice it has been remodeled. Large 2 Level Decks outside. Each has capacity to sit over 16 people. 120 Feet of beachfront - beautiful sandy & Hilly. No camping allowed & No pets allowed. The beauty of this place is the sand ! Its in a quiet neighborhood on the end of the lake. We suggest bringing your own boat/watercraft so you can really enjoy the beautiful lake. Rentals are available in town but are very expensive. Beautiful fire pit area for late night fires - New Hot tub outside master suite !

Golf: This area is well known for hidden away Golf courses. 1 is right down our street. Please call for details.

Other Activities: jet ski & boat rental on lower lake available & charter fishing on Lake MICH

Very nice house. Great fire pit and decking, enjoyed many late night fires under the stars. Hot tub was a plus. The house was very clean and had room for the 8 people we had with us. The Dunes are just around the corner, as well as the town with its little shops and fruit stands along the way. We also booked a fishing trip which was a great sucess. Would stay here again.

What a great get-a-way. House was clean and can sleep a nice size group. Deck and layout was inviting. Sand dunes are right down the street. Will definately go back.

VERY RELAXING

The house is perfect for a nice relaxing week on the water. Very clean too. The beach is incredible, the patio, firepit, hot tub, are all great. The dunes are only a few minutes away and lots of cute little shops and fun activities for a family. Would definitely rent again.

What a great getaway!!!Brought my sons who love to fish &golf The house was very clean and comfortable.So close to things to do especially going in the hot tub after the sand dunes to watch the sun go down over the lake.Would go again maybe this time to see the trees turn colors.

house it self was ok but a little smaller than we hoped. no air or washer/dryer for use! not much to do around unless you have your own boat. the sand hill next to house was nice to have however a hot tub sits outside on it so don't use it b/c sand WILL get in it and then they may charge you a big fee to have it cleaned. make sure you take pictures of EVERYTHING it the house before you stay b/c they may try and charge you for things that were already there (example 1/2 in. mark on a cabinet that we didn't do was to require a whole new cabinet!) will never go back!!!!
