GOLF PRIVILEGES Newly renovated. Spacious 2+ BR condominium with cathedral ceilings and large windows throughout, facing the 9th tee in Endicott Village at Ocean Edge Resort. Master bedroom with king-size bed, chair/ottoman, private balcony, television, and private bath. Second bedroom features two twin beds, chair/ottoman and private balcony. Third sleeping area is a Den with a full-size sleeper couch and desk. This area opens up onto a spacious deck overlooking the woods and the 18th tee. The living room and dining room has cathedral ceilings, wet bar, fireplace and opens up to deck with gas grill and patio furniture. The entertainment center in the living room includes television, stereo, VCR, DVD, cassette player, CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, toaster, and blender. All bedrooms and living area with air-condition units (4). There is a washer/dryer in the unit. Rental includes linens for all beds and pool passes.

This unit is a few hundred yards walk to the Arbor Pool, the golf Clubhouse, and Linx restaurant and bar. Ocean Edge Resort & golf club is situated on 400 acres, located on the historic Old King's Highway (6A) in the Cape Cod town of Brewster, MA. Ocean Edge offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub and sauna at pools, restaurants, a championship golf course (including a driving range), tennis facilities, basketball court, 2 playgrounds and a kid's camp for ages 4-12yo. Access to bike rentals and Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking available at the resort. Approx. 2 miles from bay beaches. A quaint New England village, Brewster is characterized by bay beaches, antique shops, and sea captains' homes on tree-bordered roads.

The total Nicklaus Design Re-design of the Ocean Edge golf course has remodeled and reshaped all greens and holes, with the most significant changes being increased length, better playability and more challenges on the course. The greens are being customized to United States Golf Association specifications. The new golf course is strategically appropriate for all levels of play. Ocean Edge has transitioned from semi-private to a private course, exclusively available to club members, member guests/renters and hotel guests.

The place is just right. The location is superb. Deval is efficient, helpful and friendly. The condo is in excellent shape. The living dining area is just spectacular. What with the two skylights and the wall of windows you feel that the separation between outdoors and indoors disappears.

Deval's dining recommendations were right on spot. Brewster Fish House is a great casual place and the Bistro at Chillingsworth is top notch. The muffins and pastries at the little bakery across 6A are to die for.

Brewster is a great place to explore the Cape. First of all it is the most country like of the tourist areas and it is easy to get anywhere else. Ocean Edge resort is very well maintained and although it is a large development, it is layed out in a manner that makes the individual units seem secluded.

When next we return to the Cape I will certainly look to this unit first.
