7TH TEE COTTAGE

This is a home you will want to rent again! You feel at home the minute you enter with all the amenities. It was left spotless and had plenty of sleeping room, with a couch as well as plenty of floor space in the master bedroom as well as two other bedrooms, one being on the first floor. The 2nd bathroom with shower along with laundry room gives you all the convience of home while overlooking the golf course. There are plenty of games for a rainy day or should you be there for a winter rental. Cross country skiing would be easy with the golf course off the back deck, which is spacious. we're looking forward to next year's stay! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Rented this house for 5 days for the Memorial Holiday.This house was very clean and quite and had so much to offer for children and adults. The yard was very large to play any out door games and we just all (9) of us felt HOME! My sister loved it so much and wanted to stay forever. Oh! she is a grandma too as I. The front porch is large and we did enjoy the evenings sitting out there. The back deck it extremely large with a large table and chairs with pads.There were extra folding chairs to use and to take to the lake.There is a gas grill or charcoal for to BBQ. There were even nite lights. So many board games for children & adults. We flew from Ga. If I go back to NH that would be the place to stay again. We did see a miniature golf down the road but we all were having so much fun just hanging around. There is a lot to do in the area, swimming in the Ossipee lake as we did. We just didn't have time to do it all as we were there for a graduation also. Thanks so much.

My boyfriend and I rented this home for a nice romantic week away from the hustle and bustle of the city we live in. We were a little weary because of the amazing rate on the place, but we booked anyway. The place more than impressed us. It was amazing. Clean, nice big rooms, huge deck, driveway, super comfy. I love this house. We are already trying to plan a trip back with another couple before the season is over! Went tubing at king pine, so much fun! Hiking, skiing, snowboarding, all super close. People up there are so friendly as well. The house manager is a phone call away.
The fireplace was cozy, there are tons of movies and games. We had so much fun. I can not say enough about the property and the owner was so helpful in getting info for me to plan activities!
