Lagoon Cottage is located on the sunny southwestern shore of Lagoon Pond, which is tidal & saltwater. The waterfront location gives all main rooms unobstructed views of Vineyard Haven Harbor, West Chop & Nantucket Sound. The neighborhood is very private & quiet yet only 2 miles from the center of town & minutes to Shopping areas. A True Sandy Beach 105ft with excellent swimming , sailing, wind surfing & kayaking. 1 Ton Blk Mooring. Picnic on your own beach. Serene. The ranch-style layout has a master bedroom with queen bed. There is a deck off the bedroom with complete privacy facing the water. The 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed. The outdoor shower has a million dollar view out over the harbor. Kitchen is well-equipped with upscale utensils. A versatile screened sun porch is both summer dining &sitting room to enjoy the dramatic sunsets & harbor views. The private serene sandy beach is 105 feet. A lower large 10x20 ft beach deck where you can also sit. The private deep water pier is 75' with short open water access & marina offerings to all boaters whether you kayak, sail or motor. The pier is equipped with both water & power. Bring all water toys! Go clamming off your own beach!! Sun all afternoon! Sit on either deck & catch the sunset over Vineyard Haven Harbor. Watch the twinkling Harbor lights at night. Listen to the water lapping the shore. Farm Neck Golf Course is nearby. An introduction to the starter can be arranged.. It is one of the premier courses in New England.
