Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it’s original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages ….. Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

The gated community has 2 communal swimming pools, off-road parking and direct access to the port. The apartment has a very modern kitchen with a breakfast table for 4 people and views to the sea. It is equipped with washing machine / dryer, dishwasher, microwave/oven, oven, induction stove and all you need for a self-catering holiday. The bedrooms are very spacious. The master bedroom has access to a west facing, enclosed terrace and the living room has access to a large south facing terrace with amazing views to the sea and the port. The windows are triple glazed and the bathrooms have been built to a very high standard with marble floor, jacuzzi and hydro shower.

  • + ALL properties with AC have a limit on the electricity bill which is included per week and lies between 50 - 100€. If this limit is exceeded, the amount will automatically be deducted from the security deposit.

    + A late arrival charge of 30 Euros is charged for arrivals as of 9pm or 50 Euros for arrivals as of midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit plus a bank fee of 1.5% if not paid in cash upon arrival.
    + Wifi Routers are available for Hire (upon previous reservation), 2GB for 60€, 1G for 45€. Recharges are 40€ for 2GB and 25€ for 1GB.
